Does the Internet Live Up to It’s Potential?…
…Or, maybe the question is, are the people online using the internet, to the best of their abilities?
I once thought the internet was great…and I still do, but…there is no question, it is tarnished in my mind.
We, the oppressed and disadvantaged…we have a frontier that we can use, advance in and thrive from…but, how many really do this?
…and what is the quality, of what the majority of us are doing?
I don’t want to throw stones…and I know, the internet is different things to different people…
…I still cannot see much of the content online, as being much more than a virtual wasteland…where people who have nothing constructive to contribute to the world, gather to amuse themselves…often by taring others down.
The internet does attract, the lowest common denominators amongst humans, after all…
I sometimes wonder if it is not more of a detriment to us, being online…because it means we are no longer forced to take to the streets…and show up in the flesh, angry and ready to fight for our lives, and all that is good about them.
I wonder if anyone is paying attention…and if any of this is going to mean anything, someday.
Big Media and “For Profit” Entertainment Corporations, VS Free Speech and Human Rights Activism.
You know, a lot of us out here are simply doing what we can, with the tools that are available to us…in hopes of helping to make the world a better place.
Whether you believe this or not…
…I hope to play some role, in bettering the human species, and the cultures in which we live.
We cannot get to a better place, by being dishonest in our dealings with each other.
We cannot allow contempt to derail progress…towards tangible, measurable benefits and solutions.
…and we certainly cannot allow financial profit, to derail these causes, either.
Large media and entertainment corporations, have continually been taking actions, in order to muscle in on new communication forums [ie: the internet], and using their wealth in order to trample all over the freedoms of everyone else, who lacks the resources to fight back.
Consequentially, the freedoms of us majority, have been shrinking…while the large corporations have been trying to force us all to become consumers, of their sterile, prepackaged “product”.
…What is worse, is that many of us turned our backs on these corporations, years ago…and left them behind for the truly revolutionary frontier, of the internet.
We valued most of all, what the internet offered to us, and how “we” finally have a voice in this world…which can now be heard, worldwide.
After getting sick of the garbage and propaganda they were pushing onto us, we rejected them…and now that these massive corporations are in financial peril, they want to come and steal our “new toy”…call it their own, and force themselves upon us, all over again.
Once such incident you may have noticed, was the partnering of YouTube and Walt Disney…about a year ago.
One of the few things that gets widely talked about [except in those groups most harshly blindsided by it], is YouTube’s suspension rampage, that took place prior to, and following this business agreement.
Apparently, Walt Disney [a massively wealthy, "for profit", entertainment corporation], did not want to be associated with many of the controversial issues being discussed on YouTube…and, they were paying YouTube obscene gobs of money…so, YouTube betrayed it’s user base [some, long standing members], and complied to Walt Disney’s demand.
Now, of course…there is still a ton of controversial [and even "offensive"] material on YouTube…but, this is now a good bit of time removed, from the initial deal…and I think the initial push, was more of a “sacrificial lamb / dog and pony show”…and, YouTube realises, that it cannot control everything on it’s network.
…but, still…
I wont deny, that a lot of people who get suspended and banned from YouTube, deserved it…Many of the people who complain the loudest, are outright abusive and nasty people. They got in trouble, for bullying and other forms of malicious behavior.
…Yet, a lot of people have been targeted, and had their account taken away, merely because they fall on “the wrong side” of social pop culture.
They are not bad people…
They are not dishonest people…
They are sincere, in their efforts…
They do want the best possible outcome, for everyone…
…and somebody, subjectively, decides that the voice of “those people”, is to misunderstood…to controversial…to likely to be seen as justification for something else [that may be clearly dangerous].
As an internet activist [of some sort]…I have greatly appreciated, over the years, being able to intermingle, and interact, with the general public online. It has opened up a world of possibilities, and been a lifeline at the same time.
It has given me great hope, and optimism that there may be a light at the end of this dark period in human history.
…but, hordes of people have come online…and many of them naively anticipate, that “all of the internet” will conform around their own ideologies, of “all that is right/wrong about the world”.
A minority of those people, command millions [or billions] of dollars…and it seems, this is buying them privileges, that the majority of us do not have.
But you know what?…
…Some of us, “this” is all we have…and we are out here, day after day, year after year [some of us for a decade or longer], and we are not here for entertainment, or financial profit…
We are here, because we see horrendous abuses, within the cultures we live, and we find it unconscionable to set by and say nothing. As a matter of principle and integrity, we must speak out, protest and condemn.
We focus on issues, every bit as serious as “life and death”…and “human suffering”…
Our plight, is intertwined with these issues.
Yet, some “for profit”, entertainment business can come in, and deny us our freedom?…
…because “they” are not making enough money?
There is no excuse, anywhere, that justifies this…and we should be ashamed, as a species, that this is being allowed to happen.
Look, I love Walt Disney and grew up watching their movies. There is a great deal of fond memories, and nostalgia.
…but, I would far rather see Walt Disney burn to the ground entirely, never again to rise from it’s ashes, than to entertain the notion, that this corporation has any right, to diminish the freedoms of others, or inhibit any form of human rights activism…or harm the activities of those who fight, to end human suffering.
Entertainment will never trump the importance of honesty, free speech and human decency.
When activists and entertainment collide, the choice here seems painfully clear to me.
Activists should never be kicked out the door, or diminished in any way, in favor of the predatory behavior of entertainment companies, in their insatiable pursuit of money.
People who are activists, care about making the world a better place…
Entertainment companies care about getting money out of “your” pocket.
…Who do you think has a greater justification, in having and exercising freedom of expression?
Oh Look! YouTube Does Offer Alternatives…
…and a chance to bring your account back into good standing…
…Well…they do for some, apparently privileged, groups of people.
Being someone who has never actually seen YouTube reach out, with a respectful, understanding and balanced response, towards perceived violations in “terms of service”, this video really caught my attention.
Wow…they really go into detail, with the person in question…even pinpointing exactly where, in the video, the “offense” started.
YouTube gave him 48 hours, to “correct” this very clearly defined material.
There really is no question at all, as to what YouTube is referencing, or what YouTube expects this person to comply to.
My question is…
…If YouTube is this concerned, and that dedicated to working through conflicts amongst it’s users…
…then where was “my” ultimatum?…where was the clarity, in specifying how “I”, allegedly, violated their “terms of service”?…and where the hell was even so much, as a simple e-mail, acknowledging me, or my account, or what some bigot was doing to me?
I went from no problems [except being cyberstalked and threatened, by online sociopaths using YouTube], with an account continually in good standing…to a full stop, suspended account…which I got locked out of, without even so much respect, as a simple acknowledgement that I exist…
Now, that is true contempt.
It is inexcusably shameful behavior, on the part of YouTube…which continues to sweep this kind of behavior under the rug, and whitewash it.
In contrast, it actually floors me, to see evidence of various other targeted people, where YouTube actually takes the time, and care, to respectfully work with people…and resolve the conflict at hand.
I never had problems with YouTube prior to the sudden locking of my account…I minded my own business, and was not harassing anyone.
In all of this, YouTube lost sight of the fact, that I was the one, being targeted and abused by other YouTube users.
YouTube’s response in all of this, was to victimise me all over again, by taking away my account…while allowing the accounts, of those who have lied about me, and disparaged my character, to remain unchallenged.
That is wrong, unethical and just flat out abusive.
Media Big Wigs, Wikipedia and Bloggers…
Curious how this first meeting of it’s kind, is happening in Beijing China…no?
Leave it to one of the most filthy rich people on planet earth [a billionaire, at least four times over], to get up in front of a crowd and bawl his eyes out, about how he is being screwed over…and how “he” deserves more.
Rupert Murdoch cried a river, the other day in Beijing, in front of a collection of “300 media leaders”…
Of course, if the man who accosted us all with the “Fox News Network” is a living example, of what constitutes a “media leader”, then I am forced to presume that the benchmark was exceedingly low, here.
Rupert really is all about tabloid, mind you.
…but, okay…the guy who’s sitting on so much wealth, that it likely exceeds the grand total, of what any collection of 4000 typical people will make over their entire lifespan…he has decided, that he’s not got a disgustingly massive, and overbearing, enough portion of the pie.
Screw everyone else…Poor Rupert is suffering here!…
…In what conceivable way?…
Well, that’s anybodies guess, but when your so disconnected from the rest of humanity, and living in your own, delusional world…I am sure Rupert can dream up some kind of personal travesty.
It seemingly never dawned on poor Rupert, that things have changed massively…and many of the old media ways are dying…
As is the nature of business, trends and services come and go…businesses come and go…they thrive and they die…
Rupert’s style of “service”, is in it’s twilight…lingering in front of a death collapse.
…but, no…Rupert is special…He’s better than all of us, and cannot be allowed to fail!

…onto the news story, of Rupert’s blathering, and hissy fit…[Oh! Tom Curley, of The Associated Press, also joined in.]
In summary, they want everyone online, who “uses” their news stories to “pay up”…
They are demanding payment, claiming that lots of people are profiting off of their work, and because other people are featuring their news stories ["exploiting" their work], this is diverting internet traffic away from “them”, their websites…and the websites of people who they contract with [when they sell reproduction rights for their reports].
I think the parts that really sent up a red flag, follow…
“We content creators have been too slow to react to the free exploitation of news by third parties without input or permission,” Tom Curley, The Associated Press’ chief executive, told a meeting of 300 media leaders in Beijing…”
“He said content aggregators, such as search engines, and Web services such as Wikipedia, YouTube and Facebook are directing audiences and revenue away from the content creators.”
“The aggregators and plagiarists will soon have to pay a price for the co-opting of our content. But if we do not take advantage of the current movement toward paid content, it will be the content creators — the people in this hall — who will pay the ultimate price and the content kleptomaniacs who triumph,” the News Corp. [Rupert Murdoch] chief executive said.”
“The AP and its member newspapers contend that unauthorized use of their material is costing them tens of millions of dollars in potential advertising revenue at a time when they can least afford it.”
“the problem was especially serious because search engines and bloggers were directing huge amounts of revenue away from content creators.”
Not all of these quotes were taken from the same report.
Being someone, who has not only made clear, an interest in having a news project [The EQ News Review], but who has also produced at least one “test run” of it…I can tell you, that I am more than a little bit interested, in spreading news information which may be of interest, to those paying attention to human rights issues, science, politics and the like.
In fact, I want an end product, that would be of interest to Child/Teen Lovers, as well as humanitarians…and anybody, really. But, it has never been a “for profit” venture…I just want to raise awareness, and hopefully educate people, along the way.
It is because of my long standing desire to go forward with such a project, and my tendencies to sometimes blog about news stories, that I become concerned over the kinds of developments, spelled out in the reports linked above.
Of course, taking an entire news report, word for word, and reproducing it without permission, is a violation of copyright law. There is no contesting this.
However, there is a good deal of leeway, contained in fair use laws.
You may cite a news story, or other published work…You may quote from it, several times over…but, this may not consist of a vast percentage of the full work.
Admittedly, the laws are vague…
However, for the purpose of commentary, education or even just discussion, there exists a legal right to reproduce a limited amount of any available work.
Furthermore, there is no law against providing a “skeletal summary”, of the reported facts in any news story…with, or without, direct quotes.
In addition, there is no law against reporting, on what the news media is reporting, or reviewing it…or commenting, and discussing it.
As a practical point, the facts made clear in the reports, generally, must be brought to light before, or within, the venue of discussion.
I am a firm believer, in linking back to my sources…This is proper citing…and, it funnels traffic back to the people, who did the research and news work. Obviously, they deserve the credit…and in a way, I am a kind of satellite, that peaks the interest of others, to go and read the articles [at which point, the originators, or contractors, can make advertising money, etc].
Not only is this fair, but it is beneficial to groups like, The Associated Press [provided I am discussing one of their news reports].
Rupert and his friends are going to have one hell of a mess on their hands, especially if they think they are going to go after bloggers.
Mind you, I understand…a blogger can cross the line…and, whatever it is Rupert, et al, has up their sleeves, it still needs to be clearly defined…
…but, Rupert, et al, do not “own” the issues, over which their resources report…They do not “own” a copyright, which lords over individual people’s very ability to even talk about, or discuss, whatever is showing up in their news papers, and news sites.
There is no monetary toll, for the right to talk about things…
…and there never will be…certainly not one that I, or millions of others like me, will ever respect, or abide by.
Wikipedia…again, a site which employs heavy citing and quoting…
I am not so unaware, that I think there are no pages there, which violate copyright law…but, again…isn’t this gross over reaching, to imply that they have a right to go after Wikipedia, because the site cites and links back to so many of their news articles?
It just seems like utter insanity, to me…that they would attack other citizens of the net, like this.
That is, after all, what the world wide web is…a lot of people, interconnected…and linking to each other, in an endless discussion of every topic you could possibly imagine.
So what, if other people are talking about what they are doing, and linking back to them?
Isn’t that the whole idea?
Who are they, to be slapping people, for doing such?
But, then…maybe I am reading to much into these reports?
I still think, taking aim at bloggers, and Wikipedia…those are certainly bad signals.
…and they are being talked about, in a time where we have already endured, far to much alarming, “shotgun” legislation in recent months, which is opening up the door to extreme censorship online.
Ponzies and Scams Online…
The “Invest” Blog was…”kind” enough to spam this blog, the other day…and I thought it might be a good chance, to express a few things about online scams…
For starters, Security Watch (UK) has some interesting observations to share, about “The invest Blog”, and “AIMtrust”…
“The most insidious part of it is that theinvestblog.com appears to be solely built to promote the website aimtrust.com – which in itself appears to be a big ponzi scheme.
…
The scam is simple – investors are offered a “guaranteed” return ever day, week, or month.
The trouble is, these returns can only be paid so long as new members join the scheme – with the investments from new members paying the “guaranteed” returns on the previous investors.
The whole thing falls apart when the number of new investors drops to such a degree that returns can no longer be paid.
The scheme collapses, and everyone finds they don’t have any money to withdraw – the scam originator disappears with their profit.
What is even more disturbing is how the website aimtrust.com tries to pass off as a regular investment program – using the words “Aim” to reflect the listed AIM Alternative Investment Market, and the word “trust” to imply a registered Trust with guarantors.
The result is a nasty scam that does everything to mislead and misrepresent itself.
…theinvestblog.com is hosted in Belarus, one of a number of states that broke away from Russia and notorious for internet fraud. The aimtrust.com website claims to be a South African company, with a website, hosted in the British Virgin Islands – a well known tax haven – but both domains are registered anonymously to prevent anyone actually finding out who the owner is.”
Now, upon personal observation, I found that:
These pages are very wordy, and the design are quite professional in appearance…
…but, just exactly who out there, can decipher exactly what is being proposed, other than some obscure scheme that will make you insane returns on your money?
This is how money stealing scams work. They don’t actually give you any hard facts, or details…they just “promise you the world, on a silver platter”…and wait for the naive to send them the money.
Yes, there is one page, which claims that they are in the business of trading (buying and selling) raw resources…but, that page is every bit as vague, as the two linked above [if you search for it on that site, you'll find it].
Personally, I have no tolerance for people who would hurt others in such a ruthless manner, as to steal money from them…especially in very hard times like these.
While I can attest to the fact, that some trusts do exist, that are on the level…and that do provide good [sometimes phenomenal] returns…This field is rife with fraud, and for every good one you find, you will run across numerous frauds. Even honestly run trusts, sometimes get conned by crooks themselves.
This happened with a trust, I once had substantial funds in [and I had expected to be here for me, today]…It collapsed, because what assets were left could not sustain it…they did not pan out.
While I do not regret my participation, it was devastating to lose this…It was supposed to become a line of income for me.
It’s not all “roses”…and no trust can promise you an exact amount of return, on your money…They can only give you a projected goal.
All this stuff about, “1%” a day [or whatever it is they claim], is highly suspect…
If you are realising such returns, and the investment is legitimate, then you are engaging in extremely high risk investments…and those kinds of investments, do not go on forever, paying out “without a worry”.
Today, while I am looking to build some personal capital…and better my status in the world…I no longer consider the shadowy world of “offshore trusts” to be a viable option to explore.
It only turned out positively for me, once…but, the gains were negligible, because the capital I had invested was small.
Anyway, I just thought I’d share all this with you…and raise some awareness about people, who are doing bad things.

Why am I not surprised?…
…because, this is exactly amongst the kinds of sleazy, underhanded, no good behavior, for which the criminals of “Perverted Justice” are infamously known.
When they don’t get their way, they just resort to attacking people, any way they please, thinking that they are above the law.
This is the quality of character, that “Perverted Justice” has attracted, and fostered, throughout it’s miserable existence. So many of the members of “Perverted Justice” [past and present], are just flat out criminals and sociopaths, with a cruel, sinister disposition, unspeakable contempt towards other human beings, and a twisted obsession with exploiting the pedophile panic, for profit and personal thrill seeking.
I don’t really “like” to pay much mind to groups like this, nor to spend my valuable time, dedicated to such cretins…
…but, there is no question, they have been pining for my attention, for quite a while…and I think I am going to get back to a project I started some time ago, which is focused on “Perverted Justice”.
It is high time, that this hate group cult, be brought down, and brought to justice.
The more people exposing the truth about “Perverted Justice”, the better.

Tyler, of the blog “Unwakeable” [interestingly appropriate title, I think], treats us all to his opinionated criteria, as to what can be thrown out the window, when it comes to “free speech”.

…the truthfully sad thing is, there are so incredibly many people out there, who neither understand the principles behind “free speech”, nor have any life experience, or personal sacrifice invested…in order to be capable of fully appreciating, just exactly why free speech is so critical, and why it is considered to be absolute, even within the confines of legal, Child-Love blogging.
So many people out there, would just piss all over free speech, and especially in cases where it only affects others [or others "they" do not like]…because they, themselves, have never been forced into a position, where they had to speak out, because their very life depended upon it…and the fate of millions depended upon it.
Typically, we get this kind of attitude, from the people who are living their own life, in a world of utterly safe, unimportant, trivial and boring speech…These are the kinds of people, who want their sanitised, fantasy utopia not being disturbed, by revolutionary and progressive speech…which they find to complicated and demanding, to bother putting any effort into comprehending, or doing anything with.
So…anyway…
Tyler, thinks that because something is illegal, he is “all for” censoring discussion of it…and he subjectively declares that it’s all “fantasies”…
…Quite the contemptuous dismissal, there…
He says, “People shouldn’t be allowed to blog about their fantasies with small boys, no matter how much they believe it’s an OK act to engage in.”
…So, Tyler finds even blogging on, “fantasies with small boys”, objectionable content…and thinks this is grounds, on which to discriminate and shut down a blog…

He does, after all, advocate forming groups, and going after popular, active BoyLove blogs…
Which is another repugnant trait, of “this” kind of person. They band together, and work to deny people the same right, which “they” themselves enjoy…and they deny it, to the people who need such freedom the most.
He also advocates a “Red Scare”…which, basically, translates into the phobia associated with speaking out, when there is a witch hunt ensuing, and to speak out means to open yourself up to suspicion, accusation and assault…[as though this did not already, presently exist, in the lives of modern day, Child-Lovers...Tyler lacks comprehension, on the courage it demands to speak out, as a Child-Lover].
Unfortunately…the pertinent link does not work, so it is impossible to say, absolutely, that this post is in response to the boyloveblog [Paidesteria: the boylove blog] being attacked and deleted…
…though, I strongly suspect that, this is the inspiration of that post, given other things stated.
The important thing I was bringing to light, is the incredible, simplistic way, in which some people think about “freedom of speech”…and how some people cannot comprehend, why a blog like that would be necessary.
Of all the people who have no rights to dictate “free speech” policy…it is the people with no respect for “free speech”, and who would throw it away so mindlessly easily…and who would subjectively deny it to others, that are at the top of that list.
Keep these fools away from the political table…They are nothing but mindless tyrants, and cultural war mongers…They are, what is wrong with the human species.

This news is a tad bit old, but it is still relevant, and I wanted to bring it here, in order to help raise awareness.
Of course, Jan Kruska was on ABC some months back, being interviewed by John Stossel.
She had been stalked, harassed, smeared and threatened by Barbara W. Ochoa (aka: Petra Luna…some, not exactly “talented” singer, who has been trying to attain success in the music industry for a number of years, and decided that the cheap road of attacking and bullying stigmatised sexual minorities, was her ticket to more publicity…Or, maybe she really is, just naturally a nasty, psychotic asshole and does it all for fun?).
This was taken to such extreme extents, that Jan took legal action.
Barbara W. Ochoa, who comes off extremely condescending, ignorant, delusional and dogmatic, does not seem to recognise anything at all wrong, with her and “her associates” tirelessly working to torment and destroy the life of another human being.
In fact, Barbara appears completely oblivious to the whole concept, that you aught to treat other human beings with dignity and respect…Maybe that will change, now that her big mouthed ass is being dragged before a judge?…[Do you suppose, she is smart enough to take the hint, now?]
Speaking of Barbara’s “associates”, I notice that a few interesting names are missing from that list [though they may be the "jane doe" entries].
Stitchess77 (AZUStitches, etc) got her ignorant, pompous ass wrapped up in all of this, as well. No big shocker, there. Mrs. H always loved to run her mouth about a lot of different people, constantly insulting, berating and taking quotes out of context, etc…I’ll bet she never thought any of this was going to come around to bite her, in her rather daft ass.

I see Xavier [the fat ass of Perverted Justice, who is such an increpid piece of excrement, that he has to target and go after the most vulnerable of minorities in society, in order to get his power trip, feel superior over others, and virtually assure that his fat ass does not get the unholy fuck beaten out of it, on a semi-weekly basis]. Yes, another law suit for Xavier to face…and blow off, like the others?
I hope they go arrest his ass, and drag it to Phoenix. I understand, there are a number of states where he remains in contempt of court, because he refused to answer a court summons, and appear before the court to answer charges against him. That’s just how it swings with him…Philip thinks he can just stick his middle finger up at everyone, and everything, and waddle about his merry way…

In my opinion, those goat buggering twats, of “The YouTube Yahweh Clan”, are very probably also members of Perverted Justice.
…and with all of these crossroads and connections, I am wondering why Annie M. Cox (ILove2Surf of AZU, and another Perverted Justice ass hole) somehow managed to keep herself out of all this mess…or did she?…[somehow, I doubt it].
It is so refreshing, to finally see these idiots getting dragged in front of the court…and it is tragic, that they cannot be locked away, at least for a few years.
…but, it’s only a civil law suit…Maybe Jan can get her hands on some of that Perverted Justice stash, since NBC has been treating them as though they won the lottery…and, who knows…Perhaps Barbara can cough up $50 or so, from the two and a half dozen copies of any album, she might have managed to sell [that are probably all setting in her mothers closet, collecting dust]?
I hope Jan makes out well, here…and I wish her luck [though I seriously doubt she even needs it].

If you don’t understand why I am so critical about this issue, and why I am bringing this up…understand, my past experience with BlogSpot’s administration, has been anything but acceptable and professional.
The one, singular, sole reason which got some nameless, gutless sociopath on the BlogSpot admin to start harassing and bullying me, is that I admitted to being a pedosexual boylover.
On BlogSpot, they declare “open season” on pedosexuals, because we are not a legally protected minority (at this point in time)…and the BlogSpot admin plays a role, in facilitating abuse against boylovers and girl lovers…
BlogSpot is selective and grossly bias, in how it chooses to enforce it’s own terms of service.
It never mattered what I did, or how I blogged. They discriminated against me, because of prejudice and just because they wanted to…At the same time, they were allowing people to cyberstalk, post threatening messages, and say whatever lies they pleased about me, and pedosexuals in general…and they willfully turned a blind eye to it, even when informed about it.
That is how BlogSpot Works…This is the kind of behavior and service, which BlogSpot deems “appropriate” for it’s business and administration.
It’s completely unbelievable.
Out of all the possible content BlogSpot could have chosen to target, they decided to go after “me”, and commit deletion after deletion, for which there was no real justification.
It is painfully obvious…If you blog on BlogSpot, understand that you are insignificant to that company, and they will turn on and target you, the second you become politically inconvenient for them.

I’m just beside myself at the hypocrisy and double standards of BlogSpot.
A few years after my own departure from BS (what a fitting way to refer to BlogSpot), after a prolonged bout, of bloody ridiculous abuse and dereliction of duty at the hands of BS administration…
…we find that a young woman (and mother, no less) can create, astonishingly life like, depictions of a male, infants genitalia…and post it on BS, for all to witness.
Obviously, she is open minded to some extent…
…but, a couple of those pictures exhibited at her BS page, the more prudish and anal amongst our world zealot infestation, might be inclined to call, “virtual child pornography”.
Yet, she gets compliments galore, and even one specifically directed at the genitalia…(a serious praise, from an apparently serious reader).
I’ve run across various stuff on BS, over the years…
I am very pro-expression…So, it has never been in my nature to contact website administration, and demand that something get taken down…Except for a very few, specific kinds of circumstances (where someone was being personally threatened with death or violence, stalked, maliciously smeared, etc.), I have never targeted any individual or group, in an attempt to get them banned from an online service.
The few times I did contact BS in regards to serious threat and abuse (including long term stalking and threat of violence, committed through their service), the person who returned my message refused to do anything about it…Gave me a canned response, and told me to “contact the blog owner, and negotiate it’s removal”…
…What a sick joke…
You see, the content I was pointing them towards, contained vicious smears, expressions of intent to do harm, nasty berating and wishes of all sorts of violence to befall…well…”me”, and people like myself…
I have read some of the most warped, vile and violent threats made against pedosexuals, right on BS…by people who threaten and stalk others, whenever they please…(some follow through with their threats, if they are able).
…So, I am no stranger to what all gets allowed on BS…
…I know all to well, that there is an obscene, double standard at BS. It is all based around who you are (or claim to be), and how bigoted BS administration is feeling.
A pedosexual cant even have a BS blog, dealing with reasoned, levelheaded, heartfelt issues, surrounding the realities of what it is like to be a pedosexual, in an abusive world…
…but any brain dead, psychologically deranged idiot, can use BS to cyberstalk you, day after day after day, month after month…constantly leaving threats and sickening insults…go back to their own blog(s), plot against you, threaten and smear you all the more…and BS admin, clearly able to see all of this, will refuse to lift a finger to do anything about it…
I wrote about love…and on no less than three blogs, that is the only thing I ever wrote about…a single post, praising and encouraging the basic practice of love…
They were incredibly vague and short posts, which nobody in their right mind would have ever claimed “violated BS terms of service”…yet, incredulously, they were all quickly deleted for no specified reason, and a form letter e-mail was received accusing me of “terms of use violation”.
Apparently, BS terms of service mean absolutely nothing…and BS administration think nothing, of telling bold faced lies about your actions, and unjustly deleting your blogs…
If we could bring back all of the BS blogs, which were owned by boylovers an girl lovers…take that content, and compare it “side by side”, with the kinds of nauseating vitriol, which was being brought about by nasty hate groups on BS who had targeted us…
There is no question what-so-ever, that BS administration took part in gross dereliction of responsibility, gave passive authority to certain privileged BS users so they could viciously abuse others (and commit criminal activities), and that they dropped the axe on exactly the opposite group of people who they rightfully should have.
BS did not go after the abusers and criminals using their own service…
…No…
…Because of some fat, loudmouthed woman named Stacey Harp, who does not know a damned thing about what she was talking, saw some BS blogs owned by “pedophiles”, decided to go an a rant and panic people…and this ultra conservative, christian lunatic even got on the FOX not-really-news network…where she ran her mouth, pressed all the emotional hot buttons, lied and threatened BS in front of millions of viewers (many of whom are zealot bigots, like herself)…
…The BS administration seeing this…they soiled themselves, and in a rushed panic started deleting blogs, left and right…whatever the bigot zealots hunted down and brought to them, you could pretty well count on some idiot on the BS admin to delete it, without question or pause…
…or even so much as a valid reason…
But, you know what?…
…If you would have been there, back in the heyday of BLs and GLs being on BS…If you would have faithfully read so many of our blogs, over a period of time…
…there is no way, you could have come away from that, not realizing that there was nothing illegal or wrong, about what we were doing on BS. In fact, for so many of us, we ran our BS blogs very respectfully and tastefully…professional, even…It was the psychopaths from the other side of the fence, who were always bringing the vile, threatening and abusive content to our blogs, by repeatedly posting (and re-posting) their psychological insanity in our comment sections (which often got deleted, since many of us were not on BS to fight with them).
The people who I aligned with were wonderful bloggers, who were being very productive members of the blogging community…They were hurting and harassing nobody…They had nothing to apologize for, and frankly, some of these blogs were superior to the bulk of other BS blogs in existence, past and present.
You would be shocked, to read what was being blogged, and the level of dishonesty, mental derangement and outright criminal behavior, which directly contrasted what we (BLs and GLs) were doing…and understand, that “that”, is the kind of content which BS chose to allow to stand…”That” is what BS opted to keep…while they committed mass deletions against individual bloggers they decided to target…
Some of these blogs could have been owned by anyone, because they were not directly focused on “pedosexual” issues…Had nobody accused the owner of being a “pedophile”, then they would probably still be up, open and maybe active.
…But, like I said…BS decided to start targeting explicit individuals (myself included), and took interest in the abusing, hounding and snubbing of decent people who did nothing wrong, all behind the scenes…all without reason or accountability…
…all because BS was scared, of the angry, self righteous, zealoted bigot alliance…
…and you know what?
…The nasty hate groups are still on BS…
BS was only covering it’s own ass, when the organised angry mob (a social cancer, known as the conservative christian right) took a menacing posture against them.
…but for the longest time, BS did not even care…
…because so many of our blogs, and the behavior we exhibited through them, was fully acceptable and entirely withing the BS terms of service…

No matter, it is great to see that I’m coming up so often on various web searches, once again. Having a blog again, is helping to pay off in the “free publicity” department.

Sort of (it is a forum for BoyLovers, which also includes pederasts), and speaking from a strictly technical standpoint, I was the acting webmaster of BoyChat, for the period of about six weeks (roughly), while the then current webmaster was tied up with personal issues to attend to.
I mostly served as a moderator at BoyChat, for a couple of years…but also branched off to the admin of a board known as CloseEncounters, which no longer exists, but it was moderated by a combination of people, some miner attracted, some not. It’s primary purpose was that of being neutral ground, where “pedophiles” and “normal” people could communicate and talk out their differences, peacefully.
For about a year, I was a volunteer at a live chat room, named LifeLine…a place for those who are having difficulties, feeling suicidal, etc…
More recently, I’ve been on the staff at the newgon.com forums, and previously was a writer for the newgon blog.
…Of course, I’ve had several of my own websites over the years, which today take up most of my time online.
